Arika and Company Advocates was established on 17 December 2007 by Victor Ochieng Arika, with a founding conviction: that every client — individual or business — deserves skilled, honest, and accessible legal representation. What began as a single office in Nairobi has grown into a two-office firm with a second location in Kisumu, serving clients across Kenya's legal landscape for over 18 years.

Ilse oversees the firm's Kisumu operations and brings formidable expertise in family law, succession, and land matters. Her leadership ensures clients in Western Kenya receive the same standard of excellence as those in Nairobi.
The partners are supported by Legal Associates, Pupils, Interns, and Paralegal staff — a full team structure that ensures every client file receives dedicated, timely attention.
