Arika and Company Advocates was established in 2007 and has since grown into a trusted presence in the Kenyan legal landscape. We serve individuals, families, businesses and institutions across Kenya, and extend our services to clients in the diaspora who require legal support back home. As a medium-sized firm, we are large enough to handle matters of real complexity — and focused enough to give every client the personalised attention they deserve.

Legal Fees

Transparent, Fair and Clearly Agreed

Our charges are guided by the Advocates Remuneration Order — the regulatory framework that governs legal fees in Kenya. You will not be presented with a bill that has no basis. Our fees are grounded in a clear, established structure, and we will always explain what you can expect before work begins.

For clients who require ongoing legal support, we are open to retainer arrangements at fixed, pre-negotiated rates. These can be structured on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis — giving you predictable costs and consistent access to legal counsel without the uncertainty of ad hoc billing.

Where the nature, volume or complexity of a matter warrants it, we are willing to discuss and agree budgeted costs upfront. Our aim is always a fee arrangement that is fair, transparent and suited to your situation.
